Studland Beach is my favourite of all the beaches in England. It's somehow peaceful and the lively at the same time. The water is calm and the sand is as fine and comfortable under your toes as you could expect from any beach in England.
It also has designated stone tables for barbaques in the evening just behind the sand dunes. The cafe is open all day in peak season and serves a fine selection of sandwhices and cakes.
For those who like to dress as nature indended, there is a nudist section at the far end, respectfully seperated from the rest of the beach by some distance.
